Tami practices yoga to help her body and mind connect on the mat. Tami leads a slow flowing class so the student can hold the poses while being mindful in that pose. Tami is a hands on teacher, touch is a human connection and helping others achieve their best pose for them is when you see the smile on their faces... that is what inspires Tami to teach yoga.
Bob has a passion for yoga and sharing it with others. Bob loves working with new students and people who have never experienced yoga before. He has the patience to explain what you should be doing on your mat, where you should be feeling the pose, and how the pose benefits you. Using the Chinese meridians in his practice, Bob helps us to understand why our bodies feel the way they do while practicing yoga.
